1 City Taste flour mix for the French style crêpes
800 ml of lukewarm water
Your preferred jam, honey or yoghurt as toppings or cheese, ham, curd apple or other fruit filling
Pour the mix into the bowl. Constantly mixing, add 800-900 ml of lukewarm water.
Mix until the batter is combined and there are no lumps left. Leave the batter to mature for 5-10 minutes.
Add a spoonful of batter to the preheated and greased frying pan and distribute it evenly across the pan. Cook each crêpe on both sides (flip with the spatula).
Serve the crêpes with your preferred toppings or filling.
