1 City Taste flour mix for Scandinavian style waffles
400 ml of water
130 ml of oil or melted butter
Pour the mix into the bowl, constantly mixing add 400 ml of water and 130 ml of oil or melted butter.
Mix intensively until the batter is combined and has consistency of sour cream. Leave the batter for 5-10 in room temperature.
Bake in well-heated heart-shaped oiled waffle maker until golden.
Serve with jam, sour cream, dessert sauce or other additives on the side.
