1 City Taste flour mix for the Italian style pizza
235 ml of water
50 ml of oil
3 tbsp of olive oil
3 balls of burrata or mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons of grated hard cheese
200 g of cherry or plum tomatoes
9 slices of Parma ham (prosciutto)
90 g of olives
A handful of basil leaves
Pour the mix into the bowl. Add cold water and oil.
Knead the dough until it does not stick to hands.
Form a ball and leave to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Form a round or rectangular pizza crust onto the floured surface and put it into the baking tray.
Cover the pizza crust with tomato sauce, add Parma ham, mozzarella or burrata cheese, season with olives and chopped tomatoes, add grated hard cheese on top and sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake the pizza for 20 minutes in the oven preheated to 200-220 °C.
Once the pizza is done, season it with basil leaves. Bon appetit!
