1 City Taste flour mix for the English style Brownie
200 ml of water
40 ml of oil or melted butter
Fresh berries
Preferred ice-cream
Pour the mix into the bowl, add 200 ml of water and 40 ml of oil or melted butter.
Mix well until there are no lumps left. The batter should have thin consistency, similar to pancake batter. Pour the batter into the baking form lined with baking paper (round baking form with 26 cm of diameter or rectangular 26 x 16 cm baking form) and put it to the oven preheated to 180°C.
Bake on the middle oven tray for 35 - 40 minutes or until the batter doesn‘t stick to the inserted wooden toothpick. The Brownie should be moist and heavy with crunchy caramelised edges.
Complement the Brownie with your preferred fresh fruit and ice-cream.
