Pour the mix into the bowl, add 410 ml of lukewarm water (around 32 °C).

Knead the dough by hand or using the mixer until combined. Additionally, you can add your preferred seeds, dried fruit or nuts into the dough.

Put the dough into the oiled baking dish. Form a loaf. Leave the dough to rise for approximately 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 30-35°C or for approximately 50 minutes at the room temperature.

Bake in the oven preheated to 180-200°C for approximately 40-45 minutes, until the surface becomes golden and the sides come off of the baking dish.

Once the bread is done baking, take it out of the baking dish and moisten the top of the bread with water in order for it to become softer and shiny. Cover the bread with cloth and leave to cool.
